2.1 By registering an Account with 888mega, accessing any Service, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary terms applicable to specific products (e.g., Sportsbook Rules, Bonus Terms, and Responsible Gaming Policy).
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an Account, access the Platform, or use any of the Services. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
2.3 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 888mega with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with 888mega. By registering, you declare and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 888mega strictly prohibits access to or use of its Services by minors. If 888mega has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage Player may be withheld and/or returned, and winnings derived from underage play shall be void.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 888mega Platform. Registering multiple Accounts for the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and termination of all associated Accounts.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly when it changes. 888mega is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of false or outdated registration information.
3.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 888mega login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. 888mega shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. 888mega makes no representation that the Services are lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. Malaysian players are individually responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
4.1 In compliance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, 888mega is required to verify the identity of all registered Players prior to processing any withdrawal request.
4.2 Identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") requires Players to submit acceptable proof of identity and proof of address. Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian players include a current Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport. Proof of address may include a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three (3) months.
4.3 888mega may request additional documentation at any time if it deems this necessary for AML compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or suspension.
4.4 888mega reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Withdrawal requests will not be declined solely on the basis of a pending KYC review, provided the Player cooperates with the verification process in good faith.
5.1 Currency. All deposits, account balances, and withdrawals on the 888mega Platform are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 888mega does not charge currency conversion fees.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 888mega accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via electronic wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) and FPX online banking are typically credited to the Player's 888mega Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. 888mega is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit (the "same-source rule"). This requirement exists for fraud prevention and AML compliance purposes. Processing times vary by payment method; electronic wallet withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed more rapidly than bank transfer withdrawals. 888mega shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. A withdrawal request will be processed only where: (a) the Player's Account has been verified in accordance with Section 4; (b) the Player has no outstanding wagering obligations on Bonus Funds credited to their Account; and (c) no suspicious activity or fraud investigations are pending in respect of the Account.
5.6 Player Funds. Player funds are held separately from 888mega's operational funds. Real Money Balances in player Accounts are not used for any purpose other than facilitating the Player's gaming activity and processing approved withdrawals.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 888mega are subject to specific bonus terms, which are communicated to Players at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will not become withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates; slots generally contribute at 100%, while live dealer and RNG table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual bonus terms.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not used within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited without notice. Wagering requirements must be completed within the applicable validity period; any unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in cancellation of the remaining Bonus Funds.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. 888mega reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk or structured betting patterns, misrepresentation of identity to obtain bonuses, or use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion.
6.5 888mega reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Player Accounts.
7.1 All casino games offered on the 888mega Platform operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) software certified by independent testing agencies, or — in the case of live dealer games — on physically verifiable real-time outcomes conducted by professional dealers.
7.2 Declared Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game in the applicable game information panel. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.3 Sportsbook odds are set by 888mega's trading team. 888mega reserves the right to void bets placed on events where: (a) odds were published in error; (b) the event outcome was known at the time of bet placement; or (c) the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of any game or bet, 888mega's decision regarding the resolution of such affected bets shall be final. 888mega is not obliged to honour winnings that resulted from a system or technical error.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888mega Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances without compensation:
8.2 888mega employs fraud detection and AML monitoring systems. Activity flagged by these systems may result in Account review, temporary restriction, or permanent closure, independent of any formal legal proceedings.
9.1 888mega reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
9.2 Upon Account closure for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is subsequently confirmed, the balance will be returned to the Player via the applicable payment method.
9.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 888mega support. Self-excluded Accounts are subject to the terms of the Responsible Gaming Policy. Any Real Money Balance in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned after completion of the applicable withdrawal process.
10.1 888mega is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides Players with tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the Account dashboard and are effective immediately upon setting.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 888mega content without prior written permission.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888mega shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform; (c) any loss arising from system downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond 888mega's reasonable control.
12.2 888mega's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 888mega's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13.1 888mega collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
13.2 888mega does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only with payment processors, KYC service providers, and licensing authorities as required by regulatory obligations.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 888mega's international licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory.
14.2 Nothing in this section prevents 888mega from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or enforce these Terms.
15.1 888mega reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, 888mega will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 888mega Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
